Privacy overview
You can browse most of the portfolio without creating an account. Personal information is used only when you choose an interactive feature such as OAuth sign-in, the guestbook, or the contact form, and for basic security and abuse prevention.
Information handled
When you sign in
Google or Discord provides an account identifier and may provide your public name, email address, and profile image. The site uses a signed session to recognize you. It does not receive your provider password.
When you use the guestbook
The database stores your provider account identifier, public name, avatar URL, rating, review text, moderation state, and timestamps. An IP address from the request header is combined with your account identifier in a rate-limit key used to prevent repeated submissions.
When you use the contact form
The name, email address, and message you enter are delivered to Adhi through a private Discord webhook. If anti-spam protection is enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile token is sent to Cloudflare for verification.
Public portfolio data
The site also retrieves public GitHub profile and repository information and Adhi’s public Discord presence through Lanyard. This information concerns the portfolio owner, not visitors.
How information is used
- To keep you signed in and associate one guestbook entry with your account.
- To review, publish, edit, or delete guestbook submissions.
- To deliver messages that you choose to send through the contact form.
- To protect forms and private routes from abuse.
- To operate and troubleshoot the site.
What becomes public
A guestbook entry is not public while it is pending moderation. If approved, your public name, avatar, rating, review text, and publication date may appear on the homepage. Your email address, account identifier, IP-based rate-limit key, and moderation records are not intentionally displayed publicly.
Contact-form messages are private and are not published on the portfolio.
Service providers and external links
The site relies on third parties to provide specific features. Their processing is governed by their own policies:
Following a project or social link takes you to another website. This policy does not control what that website collects.
Retention and your controls
Guestbook information remains in the database until you delete your entry, an administrator removes it, or it is no longer needed to operate the feature. Contact messages are retained in the private Discord destination used to receive them and are subject to Discord’s retention practices.
After signing in, you can update or delete your own guestbook entry. You can also sign out to end your active session. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions that cannot be handled in the site, use the contact section or message itz.adhi on Discord.
Security, transfers, and policy changes
Reasonable technical controls are used to restrict administrative access, validate form input, moderate public submissions, and limit abuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
The providers listed above may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe their locations and safeguards. This policy may be updated when the portfolio or its services change; the effective date at the top identifies the current version.
